Out or In has the strictest membership criteria of any Gated Community Site on the Internet. The Site access is free for any applicant fulfilling the necessary criteria. Some of the criteria necessary to be granted site access include the following:

• Minimum age for any applicant is 22 years.
• We have a strict contingency plan for each city, if reached your application will stay on hold.
• Male applicants need to be members of at least one private "Members Only" Club.
• Applicants need proof to have attended a renowned prestigious university or boarding school.
• Applicants need to have a strong network of social contacts at the highest level.
